Heylloo. I'm Leo and I personally welcome you to my blog. It's been a habit of mine to express my opinions and feelings through writing. I am not a professional journalist or writer. To me, it's more like a hobby. *Do click on the bird to follow my Facebook to see what I've been up to (:

I'm just gonna run right thru the rain.

Let my heart speak louder than my head.

It's been quite some time since I had the feeling of wanting to
write. Lots of stuff has come to past, happiness and sorrows.

2nd ~ 4th of September
During these three days, I have learned a lot of things. I went
for my 2nd mission trip in Negeri Sembilan. Same area as the
first one I went for, but a different place. Even though all we
did was paint the house of a local church member there, but to
him it is a blessing because in villages like that, it's rare to
have people painting houses for you. My friend even teased me
by asking 'so you went all the way to N9, only to paint a house?'
The things that we have compared to them, we are very fortunate.
Apart from experience, I've gained a lot of knowledge physically
and mentally from this mission trip. Even though we went as
a very 'unprepared' team as to the limited time that were given
to us, we managed to pull it off and ministry there was okay.
Unfortunately I fell sick on the 3rd day and couldn't even speak
or say goodbye because of terrible flu. Nonetheless, mission
trip was awesome, and we got to know each other better in our
cell group. No regrets (:

Probably an unbelievable news to most of my friends ? I have
started jogging and working out again after more than a year !
It's been too much slacking and some exercise is finally
coming in (: Also ! I'm going for Oren Sport Klang Welfare
Run 2011 this Friday. I hope I can complete the 7km run within
the time set. My first official 'run' thinggy hehhh.

On Friday, I was celebrating Thinakaran's 16th birthday until
midnight. When I got home, I was surprised why noone was
home until I heard the news from my parents. Unfortunately,
on the same date 09-09-11 my dearest grandmother,
Seow Wai Len has passed away. She had been stuck in her bed
for 3 years because of her sickness. She lived on machine,
because of excessive phlegm in her throat disabling her to
breathe normally. After too much suffering, it is better to let
her go as her internal organs are already malfunctioning..
and there is no cure.. she has suffered too much.

Grandma, you really taught me a lot through your experiences
in life. You raised up your children all by yourself, working
day and night to raise up a family as we are now. Without
you, your children wouldn't have become successful men and
women whom they are today. Thank you for everything !
I know that you are now in Heaven with thy Father. It is time
for you to rest and deserve your place in Heaven.
Grandma, I love you, rest in peace.
You will always remain in our hearts !

Til then,
Leo.
